If there's one thing Russell wants you to know about him, it's that he believes in the unique potential of every person to change the world for the better. He makes it his mission to see the best in everyone he meets.

"It may seem like a small thing," Russell reflects, "but just taking a moment to consider what each of us share in common as human beings actually makes a big difference." This practice has grown into a personal commitment to social connection and change that points the way forward for Russell and informs each moment of his day.

Eager, mindful, and creative. Armed with spreadsheets, equations, a lean six sigma green belt, and a sense of curiosity for the unknown, Russell brings a powerful portfolio of tools to his work. He's not satisfied until he understands every nuance of how something works — a practice he developed while earning his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University and continues to apply to social systems, learning models, and markets. He finds joy in the act of discovery and simplification. His natural inclination to model products, services, or industries help him find surprising constraints and possibilities that help frame any problem he puts his mind to, all balanced by a steady bias for action.

Russell has a natural passion for entrepreneurship and invention, both of which made a great backdrop for the MBA he earned from Clemson University where he immersed himself in design thinking, facilitation, and systems design.

We first met Russell affinitizing sticky notes at TPA's Financial Capability Summit. It didn't take long to see that he was inevitably going to find a home at Navicet. Onward.
