When you work with Rob, you quickly realize you're going to benefit from what feels like a few lifetimes worth of valuable life lessons.

For instance, one of Rob's core principles is to "live in the moment, where you're not dwelling too much on the past and you're not focusing solely on the future because if you do that, you're going to miss the now."

We first met Rob while he was working on an app designed to help governments manage local homeless encampments more effectively (he's named on the patent by the way). But his career journey didn't start there. After serving in the army for six years and getting into West Point, Rob ultimately decided to pursue a career in program / project / product management, where he's driven impressive results in manufacturing, aerospace, graphic design, technology, and retail companies.

Rob makes performing under pressure look easy. In the army, he learned to be "Semper Gumby" - always flexible, focused, and composed in stressful situations where things can change in a heartbeat. What's his secret? For one, he finds time every day to "reset," often by escaping in the pages of his favorite fantasy fiction novels.

Wherever he finds himself in an organization, he aims to treat others as equals while helping everyone "level up" and do their best work. He strives to be an approachable leader, to create a safe space where his team members can speak openly and tackle challenges together.

It's no wonder we were thrilled when Rob decided to join the Navicet team in 2023. With so much already under his belt, he tells us he's excited to continue to learn and apply human-centered processes and build things that make people's lives easier.
