We were so excited to welcome Neha to Navicet after getting introduced by another Navicetizen (it's really the best way to grow the team!).

After starting her career in journalism and publishing in India, Neha transitioned to consulting and program management when she moved to the U.S. Two career highlights for her include publishing a "Help Your Kids With…" (Math, Music, Computer Coding) book series (still available on Amazon) and developing the regulatory and safety content that ships with popular Microsoft devices.

No matter what she is working on, she loves getting to meet and collaborate with new people while adding her own personal touch on her projects.

And what is her personal touch? In our opinion, it's her power of connection. From kitchen to conference room, Neha has a natural ability to connect with those around her. For her, cooking her favorite Indian dishes is not just therapeutic - it's a way to instantly connect with and learn about others.

Neha's powers of connection extend to communicating ideas clearly and simply. Inspired by reading bedtime stories with her parents as a child, Neha took storytelling to heart, as evidenced in her journalism and consulting work where she has delivered simple yet meaningful messages to her readers and stakeholders.

Neha is driven by a deep-rooted sense of fairness and inclusivity. "I like things to be fair and do the right thing, even if it's not in my favor. I always give the benefit of the doubt. If you believe everyone is trying to do their best, it allows you to have more meaningful relationships and give people the confidence to be their authentic self. I try to bring that out in the people I work with."

When you get the privilege of working with Neha (and we hope you will!), you get to see her innately humane and generous style firsthand.
